Buyers Inspection includes:

90 day Limited Home Warranty:
This warranty will cover the structure, and the mechanical equipment Inspected by us, and found to be in acceptable condition. The 90 days will start from the date of our inpection. This Warranty will be FREE of cost to the buyer.


Inspection of the Security System:
We are affiliated with Brinks, who is one of the world leaders in security systems.We will arrange for Brinks to inspect the security system, if it exists.If there is no security system present, and if the Buyer wants to consider installing one, Then Brinks will give a proposal for a new system.It will be up to the Buyer to accept or reject the offer without any obligation Or cost.


Sellers Inspection includes:

120 Day Limited Home Warranty:
This Warranty will cover the structure and the mechanical equipment inspected By us and found to be in satisfactory condition.The 120 days will start from the date of our Inspection.This Warranty will be FREE of cost to the Seller (Owner)
